Domestic research projects should focus on the focal and difficult issues in current marine space planning and use control. International cooperation projects should fully consider the actual needs of developing countries along the maritime Silk Road, and focus on outstanding issues in the development of local marine economic and social development with the support of the host government; Through the preparation and implementation of national or regional marine space plans along the Silk Road, the research project will carry out practical and efficient cooperation assistance projects, promote China's ties and cooperation with relevant countries, and play a substantial role in building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
